Welcome to Feel The Healing, LLC. By accessing our website (feelthehealing.org) and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Feel The Healing, LLC and Melissa Rodríguez García provide non-medical support services, including Doula care, Childbirth Education, and Biomagnetic Pair Therapy.

  • Not Medical Advice: We are not doctors, nurses, or midwives. Our services are complementary and educational. They do not substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Emergency Situations: In the event of a medical emergency during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum, you must seek help from your primary healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
  • Biomagnetic Pair Therapy: This therapy is an alternative holistic approach intended to balance the body’s pH and energy. It is not FDA-approved to cure any disease and should not replace prescribed medical treatments.

2. Scope of Services

We are committed to providing professional, compassionate support within our scope of practice:

  • Doula Services: Emotional, physical, and informational support. We do not perform clinical tasks (such as blood pressure checks, fetal heart monitoring, or vaginal exams).
  • Service Area: We provide in-home services within Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties (Florida). Services outside this radius may be subject to additional travel fees or offered virtually.

3. Insurance and Payments

  • Insurance Acceptance: We accept various health insurance plans. It is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage eligibility.
  • Client Responsibility: If your insurance provider denies the claim or covers only a portion of the services, you are responsible for the remaining balance or co-pays.
  • Private Pay: For services not covered by insurance, payment terms will be outlined in your specific Service Agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Appointments: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations of therapy or prenatal sessions.
  • Birth Support: Due to the on-call nature of birth doula work, retainers/deposits are generally non-refundable, as we limit our client load to ensure availability for your birth window. Specific details are found in your signed client contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and educational materials, is the property of Feel The Healing, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
