Protected Health Information (PHI) & Sensitive Data
Given that we offer health and wellness services, we may collect:
- Estimated due date and basic pregnancy history.
- Health insurance information (for coverage verification).
- Relevant health history for Biomagnetic Pair or Aromatherapy sessions.

3. Comments
